You select the shipment method that you would like your products delivered at checkout. UPS, FedEx or USPS can deliver your product any day Monday through Saturday, except on holidays.
Orders for items Next Day Air need to be placed by 12 PM CST, Monday through Thursday in order to be received the following day. Orders placed after 12 PM will ship as early as the next business day or on the date you choose.
It is best to have packages sent to a business or to a place where there will definitely be a person available to receive the delivery. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for missing or damaged products if there is not someone to receive your UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery on the date that you request it. In the event you need to change the shipping address on an order after it has shipped, contact us immediately. We may be able to redirect it in transit. If it is possible to redirect, we may, at our discretion, charge an additional $10 for this service in order to cover redirect fees incurred with the shipping company.
All products are sent via either next day, two business day and ground UPS, FedEx or USPS. The shipping method is noted on the check out page. At our discretion, items that ship via ground/economy/standard can be upgraded to overnight or two business days shipping.
Saturday delivery is available in some areas, but orders must be called in for verification. If Saturday delivery is requested, please call our Customer Service for details.
Shipments outside the Continental US & Surcharges
We mainly ship within the continental United States, Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico. For transit times to any other location please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org .
